PURPOSE: A data synchronization method, a data synchronization circuit, and a data synchronization apparatus having the same are provided to transmit data without a data loss by exactly detecting data from a receiving part when the receiving frequency is different from a transmitting frequency. CONSTITUTION: A first data processor outputs the N bit data in response to a first clock signal. A transmitting circuit(20) delays the N bit data for the M clock cycle of the first clock signal and outputs(N*M) bit data in every M clock cycle of the first clock signal. A receiving circuit(70) receives the(N*M) bit data in response to a second clock signal and successively outputs the(N*M) bit data during the M clock cycle to the N bit unit.
