PURPOSE: A producing method of cabbage kimchi is provided to enable a user to eat the cabbage kimchi by laminating a stuffing on salted cabbage and rolling the cabbage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cabbage kimchi comprises the following steps: preparing 100parts of cabbage by weight, and salting the cabbage; mixing 5~15parts of allium fistulosum by weight, 5~15parts of spring onion by weight, 2~5parts of salted shrimp by weight, 2~5parts of starch syrup by weight, 12~22parts of red pepper powder by weight, 1~3parts of wasabia koreana powder by weight, and 2~5parts of salt by weight to obtain seasonings; mixing the seasonings with 60~70parts of sliced radish to obtain a stuffing; laminating the stuffing on the salted cabbage, and rolling the cabbage; and aging the rolled cabbage in a container. |
