<p>The device has cylindrical and tubular rigid chambers (12a, 12b) divided by an identical bubble shaped flexible separator (10) into corresponding liquid capacities and gas capacities. The gas capacities communicate with variation units that alternatively vary liquid volumes in the corresponding liquid capacities. The liquid capacities communicate with respective chambers of a dual rod cylinder. The gas capacities communicate with a same rigid intermediate capacity (40).
