<p>Esp. suitable for puff pastry, the machine has a pair of main rollers mounted at the top of the frame with a short horizontal conveyor belt level with the roller gap on each side of them for forwards and backwards feed. Below the above a third conveyor belt for feeding the machine is mounted on guide arms so that together with the feed table around which it passes, it can be slid in and out under the upper machinery, the arms having pins riding in slots in the side walls of the frame. The belt for the third conveyor is driven by a roller in a bearings in the side walls and at least one idler roller is fitted in similar bearings close to the drive roller. The slots in the side walls and at least one idler roller is fitted horizontal and one pair sloping upwards with a latch at the top end. Simple relatively cheap multipurpose machine.</p> |
