PURPOSE: A display panel for liquid crystal display device and multiple domain liquid crystal display device are provided to increase the viewing angle of electric field and to increase response speed. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal alignment layer(120) is arranged on a substrate. A vertical alignment layer(130) is arranged on a horizontal alignment layer. An orientation controlling agent(20) is distributed within the vertical alignment layer.
