APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SCHEDULING SERVICE BASED ON NETWORK DELAY

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for service scheduling according to network delay in a mobile communication system are provided to decide more correct scheduling indexes through time information synchronized in the mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: The GW bearer tunneling part of a PGW(Packet data network GateWay)(410) constitutes synchronized time information(415) synchronized through a GTP(General Packet Radio Service Tunneling Protocol) header(411). The GW bearer tunneling part creates a GTP extended header(413) for the transmission of the synchronized time information. The synchronized time information can be transmitted through the GTP extended header to a SGW(Serving GateWay)(420). According to the reception of the synchronized time information, the SGW prepares the synchronized time information for transmission to an eNB(evolved-NodeB)(430).
