The device comprises a tray compartment 1 and a sealing member 5 arranged to engage with and seal the tray. The tray is provided with a first securing means arranged to engage with a second securing means on the sealing member, such that, once sealed, the tray compartment cannot be accessed without disabling at least one of the tray or sealing member. The sealing member may be in the form of a sleeve, which in use passes over the tray and interlocking protrusions on both the tray and the sleeve prevent disengagement. A strap 13 may link the tray and sleeve which when connected forms a loop which may be looped around an endoscope. The sleeve may have a detachable portion (9, fig 2) which on removal renders the device unsuitable for re-use. |
