PURPOSE: A process for making the thickness of coating on the serration surface uniform can be simplified. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the serration shaft is as follows. A resin is coated in the serration(110) surface of the shaft(100). While it put into the same shape tool(300) as sleeve of form, taking out the serration in which resin is coated, it is the same shape. The same guide bar(120) as my diameter of the shape tool of diameter is formed on the shear of shaft. The serration of shaft guides between the serration of the shape tool in the incoming and outgoing to the predetermined position. The guide bar is cut after the same shape coating in the serration surface of shaft.
