PURPOSE: A coating agent for protection of mother materials and chlorination of a concrete structure is provided to enable uniform coating in a narrow space and to effectively protect the coated concrete structure due to excellent weather resistance and fire resistance. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent for protection of mother materials is such that 3~7 parts by weight of a surface reinforcing material having Fe or Fe2O3 components within 0.05 weight% is added to 100.0 parts by weight of a coating agent composition. The coating agent composition comprises 55 parts by weight of inorganic ceramic paint, 20 parts by weight of polyethylene, 20 parts by weight of acrylic monomer, 1~2 parts by weight of protective colloid, 3~5 parts by weight of emulsifier, and 1~2 parts by weight of foam removal agent. The inorganic ceramic paint includes 40~70 weight% of silica sol, 10~20 weight% of alkali aluminosilicate, 1~5 weight% of microsilica, 1~5 weight% microsilica, and 10~25 weight% of neo-emulsion. |
