<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that is equipped with a first developer agitating and conveying member which supplies a developer to a developer carrier while agitating and conveying the developer, a second developer conveying member which agitates and conveys a developer in the opposite direction from the developer agitating and conveying direction of the first developer carrying member, and a partition wall which partitions off the first developer agitating and conveying member and second developer agitating and conveying member, and is capable of stable development of high image quality, and a process cartridge equipped with the same and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A gap 46 between an upper casing 42 and the partition wall 44 is hermetically sealed by providing Mylar(R) as an elastic member which has its end brought into close contact with the lower surface of an upper casing 42 on the partition wall 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
