<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition capable of forming a resin film having high stripping-liquid resistance and a low dielectric constant and a resin film for a color filter by using the same and the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: This curable resin composition containing a binder, polymerization initiator and polymerizable monomer is provided with that the (photo-)polymerizable monomer contains a triazine-based compound A having at least each one of an epoxy group-containing substituent and ethylenic double bond-containing substituent on one molecule selected from the triazine skeleton expressed by general formulae (1), (2) [wherein, * is a linking group], or a triazine-based compound B having a substituent expressed by general formula (3) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is an ethylenic double bond-containing substituent].
