<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solar cell from leaking current by attaching a conductive paste that overruns on the outside of the cell onto the side of the solar cell when the entire electrode surface of the backside in the solar cell is fixed to the electrode plate with the conductive paste. <P>SOLUTION: The jointing surface in the electrode plate that is to be jointed to a backside electrode of the solar cell is more lowered than the electrode plate to which the solar cell is fixed. This structure does not allow the conductive paste to be attached to the side of the solar cell by being introduced to the lower section of the electrode plate by the gravity, even if the conductive paste overruns the outside of the solar cell by applying the pressure to the solar cell when the backside electrode and the electrode plate of the solar cell are jointed with the conductive paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
