PURPOSE: A method for accelerating a wake-up time of a system is provided to accelerate system operating time by successively scrubbing a memory. CONSTITUTION: A minimum amount of memory is scrubbed and used for allocation(S200). A boot-up operation of an OS which is stored to a system is executed(S201). With the boot-up operation, an additional amount of memory is scrubbed and used for allocation(S202). In the system, a plurality of memory units comprises a node including the minimum node resource configuration, one or more processors, one or more cores, and one or more memory controllers.
