PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic condenser is provided to enhance ESR properties and increase productivities. CONSTITUTION: A cathode terminal(8) has an upper end(81), a lower end(82), and a side. The upper end is connected to a cathode unit. The lower end is exposed from an external resin. The side is formed from the upper end to the side of the cathode unit. The length of the side is longer than the length of the upper end.
