PURPOSE: A sewage treatment apparatus using nitrogen and phosphorus removal microorganisms is provided to minimize the concentration of nitrogen inside final effluent. CONSTITUTION: A sewage treatment apparatus using nitrogen and phosphorus removal microorganisms comprises the following: an anaerobic tank(10); an anoxic-dPAOs tank(20); an anoxic-denitrification-separating film tank; an aerobic tank; a raw water inflow pipe flowing in raw water to the anaerobic tank and the anoxic-denitrification-separating film tank; a first internal returning pipe returning sludge from the anoxic-denitrification-separating film tank to the anaerobic tank; and a second internal returning pipe returning the sludge from the aerobic tank to the anoxic-dPAOs tank.
