FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. An applicator comprises a sleeve having an external surface, an inserted end and an opposite enclosed end; a liquid lubricant connected through a fluid with a portion of the external surface of the sleeve; and optionally, a plunger located and configured so that to ensure traveling inside the sleeve for pushing out an inserted appliance from the sleeve in a body cavity. Methods of supplying the inserted appliance in the body cavity can involve traveling the plunger in the inserted element for fluid lubricant delivery to the external surface of the inserted element; actuating the insert of the portion of the inserted element with the enclosed lubricant on the external surface of said portion, in the body cavity therefore destructing the capsule; and/or traveling the plunger into the inserted element, destructing the fluid lubricant tank, traveling the fluid lubricant towards the external surface of the inserted element and inserting the inserted element into the body cavity. ^ EFFECT: invention allows improved comfort of tampon introduction. ^ 7 cl, 5 dwg |
