FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery and instrumental diagnostics and is intended for determination of degree of trachea narrowing. Multispiral computer tomography of trachea is carried out. On axial images area of transversal section of part of maximal narrowing and area of unchanged part is determined. Value of trachea narrowing is determined by formula: C=100-S1/S2Ç100(%), where: C is value of trachea narrowing; S1 is area of transversal section in region of maximal trachea narrowing; S2 is area of transversal section in region of unchanged part of trachea. If the value of narrowing is less or equals 50% I degree is stated, if the value is more than 50% and to 70%, inclusive, - II degree, if the value is 70% and lower than 100% - III degree, of the value equals 100% - IV degree of trachea narrowing. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of trachea narrowing degree estimation at any form of its narrowing due to application of objective data, ensures possibility of non-invasive repeated examination in dynamics. ^ 1 ex |
