FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and deals with determination of tactics of management in case of incomplete pregnancy, complicated with preterm rupture of membranes (PRM). Seven day course of antibacterial therapy is carried out, after that, on a daily basis carried out is estimation of amniotic fluid index (AFI) and presence of clinical sign of infection. If AFI values are higher than 8 cm and clinical signs of infection are absent, course of antibacterial therapy is not repeated. If AFI values are lower than 5 cm and in case of absence or presence of clinical signs of infection, course of antibacterial therapy is repeated, further management of pregnancy is carried out according to obstetric indications. In case if AFI is from 5 to 8 cm and no clinical signs of infection are present, clinical-laboratory examination is performed, including estimation of general state, thermometry, estimation of parametres of mother's hemodynamics, vaginal secretions, clinical blood test, concentration of C-reactive protein in blood serum. In case if data testifying to presence of infectious process are obtained, course of antibiotic therapy is repeated. ^ EFFECT: method ensures possibility to predict development of purulent-septic complications, differentiated selection of tactics of management of incomplete pregnancy, complicated with PRM, and early beginning of treatment, and as a result, reduction of complication frequency. ^ 3 ex |
