PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to ensure high sensitivity although a small amount of a photopolymerization initiator in the manufacture of a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition for manufacturing a color filter of a solid state imaging device using an ultra short-wavelength exposure system of 300 nm or less, includes a coloring agent, a binder resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent. The photopolymerization initiator is an oxime ester-based photopolymerization initiator.
