INSPECTING APPARATUS FOR IN LED MODULE

PURPOSE: An inspecting apparatus for in an LED module is provided to reduce fail of an LED module by checking the forward voltage of the LED. CONSTITUTION: A test mask(120) is installed a base plate has an LED string thereon. A testing unit(130) comprises a plurality of pins for measuring voltage and contacts them to both terminal of the LED of the test mask to measure the forward voltage of the LED. A Z-axis moving unit(140) moves the testing unit to Z-axis. An X-axis moving unit(150) transfers the testing unit to X-axis. An operating panel(170) controls the testing unit and the test mask.
