FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: oil jack pump consists of frame equipped with engine coupled with reducer and of motion converter connected with pump rod. The motion converter consists of kinematically tied shafts, of an overrunning clutch, of the first four gears, and also of a segment gear mounted of the engine shaft. The segment gear interacts in turn with the first and the second gears arranged on diametrically opposite sides on sleeves of the overrunning clutches alternately engaged. Hubs of the overrunning clutches together with the third and the fourth gears are motionlessly fixed on the shafts. Additionally, the jack pump is equipped with a multi-link pusher one end of which is hinged to and interacts with the rod. Another end of the pusher consisting of two telescopic links is hinged to and interacts with fingers secured on the hubs of the corresponding overrunning clutches. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of oil jack pump and expanded functionality at extracting oil from directional holes reduced expenditures for power. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
