PURPOSE: A conductive pad and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer excellent electric contact with the excellent sealing property with an object due to the high conductivity and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A conductive pad(10) comprises a sheet(20) and a plating layer(30). The sheet comprises a first fabric(22), a second fabric(24), and a plurality of securing fabrics(26) connecting between first and second fabrics. The sheet is woven in the double raschel structure. A resin layer(40) coated on the surface of the sheet.
