FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport. Proposed body comprises frame with end center girders that have drop-mid section with lengthwise rails, side members 6, 7 with lengthwise plating and lengthwise rails 9, 10 that have their ends connected with crosswise sections 11 and supporting struts 12, face walls 16, 17 and roof 18. Every strut is jointed at the level of floor deck with the end of lengthwise rails 9, 10 and the end of upper brace 14, 15. Lengthwise rails 19, 20 of drop-mid frame and rails 9, 10 of deck floor are jointed with lengthwise rails 3, 4 of the frame cantilever parts by braces 14, 15 arranged in the plane of side member. Inner sides of lengthwise rails 9, 10 of the deck floor have brackets distributed in pairs secured thereto and rigidly jointed to crosswise sections 11. Floor deck lengthwise rails 9, 10 are jointed with opposed faces of top and bottom lateral struts 25, 26 and with outer lining by their lengthwise wall.
