A method for treatment and prevention of postoperational scars in rats, operated for neuro-surgical pathology using the electroforesis with 1-5% potassium iodide solution.The electroforesis is carried out for rates at area of postoperational scar. As an active electrode the cathode with a moist laying, moistened with 1-5% potassium iodide solution, is placed on the area of postoperational scars, passive electrode – anode, is placed on the shaven area of rat neck, current strength makes 0.012-0.018 mA. The first three procedures are carried out for 7 minutes every day, following – every day for 10 minutes, treatment course is 10 procedures. |
