A method of lazer-microsurgical removal of innerbrain hemicerebrum tumours with median distribution consists in that after surgical oncotomy the semiconductor laser is used with a wave-length 0.808 µm, with power 16 W with successive application of hemostatic "Surgicel" material and further "Takhokomb" material by its implantation in the lodge of remote tumour, after its temporal soaking with dry gauze marble. |
