<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel and an upper panel thereof are provided to improve the optical characteristics and operating pressure of the touch panel by forming a design sheet along the edge portion of the touch panel in ring shape. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate faces a lower plate and has a transparent electrode. A spacer(105) is formed between the upper and lower plates, and makes the upper plate distanced from the lower plate. The upper plate includes an upper transparent electrode plate(111) on which the transparent electrode is formed, and a design sheet placed on the upper transparent electrode plate. The design sheet is formed in ring shape along the edge portion of the transparent electrode plate to expose the some of whole portion corresponding to a viewing region on the upper transparent electrode late.</p> |
