PURPOSE: A seismic isolation device is provided to reduce the cross section of a supporter by forming the supporter using a hollow rubber bearing. CONSTITUTION: A seismic isolation device comprises a supporter(10), viscous fluid, an upper cover(30), and a lower cover(40). The supporter is inserted between an object and the ground and absorbs vibration energy. An insertion hole is formed in the supporter. The insertion hole is filled with the viscous fluid, and the viscous fluid reduces vibration energy. The upper and lower covers are placed on the top and bottom of the supporter and cover the insertion hole.
