FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. A device comprises includes a handle, a semi-ring and an annular element. The handle represents a corrugated bar rigidly connected on its end with the semi-ring in its middle from a convex side. The semi-ring has holes for hinged fastening of the annular element shaped as an arc ring segment equal to 240-270 degrees. The annular element comprises pins for fixing on an eyeball, flanges for pivotal connection with the semi-ring and radial petals on an external periphery of the annular element. The petals are equally spaced from each other. The internal diametre of the annular element is equal to 9-14 mm.
