For treating structure functional disorders of the central retina, on the 5-10th day following the retinal detachment surgery, on silicone fluid tamponade of the vitreal cavity if observing structure functional disorders in macula, 10-200 staggered applications exposed for 10-100 ms, described by spot diametre 75 mcm and spaced 100 mcm from each other coat the entire surface of disorders with the exception of the central avascular region.
