A method for mobilization of the vascular peduncle comprises the reconstruction of the mammary glands with the lower transverse abdominal flap held by rectus abdominal muscles, the radical mastectomy, the mobilization of the vascular peduncle and layer-by-layer suturing of the wound. The inverted T–shaped incision of the external fascial leaf of rectus muscle is performed in the process of the mobilization of the vascular peduncle. The vertical is cut from submammary fold to the edge of the costal arch, the horizontal part is cut in parallel to the costal arch from linea alba to oblique muscle of abdomen. The graft is passed through the tunnel and the breast is finally tailored. |
