A method for treatment of oral and fauces mucose cancer comprises the neoadjuvant distant gamma-therapy and local thermal tumor destruction. As a thermal method for destruction radio thermal ablation is used with preliminary intraoperational regional blood vessel ligation and additional regional intraarterial administration of 5-fluorouracyl solution prior to and after radio effect on the tumor.
