A method for evacuation of subarachnoidal blood clots at the breaks of arterial aneurysm of brain vessels comprises the prevention and treatment of vascular crampy and ischemia of brain. By a ventricular catheter in a lateral ventricle the fibrinolytic is introduced and due to natural liquor production and liquor circulation the fibrinolytic, dissolving in turn clots in basal cisterns, gets to all cisterns and lyses clots which they have, and lysated blood retires through llumbal drainage.
