METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING PERSON

摘要

A method for identifying the person comprises forensic cytological and molecular genetical analysis of the biological traces on the material evidences. The single nucleated cells in traces on the material evidences are analyzed. The cytological specimen is prepared. When nucleated cells are detected, DNA is isolated and amplified for identifying the person by comparison of DNA profiles.
