PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to obtain ultra minute colored patterns with excellent line edge roughness when a color filter with the ultra minute colored patterns of 2 micron or less. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a coloring agent, a binder resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a solvent. The photopolymerization initiator is obtained by mixing a trifunctional or less lower photopolymerization initiator and a tetrafunctional higher photopolymerization initiator.
