PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the powder of metal oxide applying metal nitrate-malonic acid-ammonium hydroxide-ammonium nitrate system is provided to manufacture the crystal particles of many products in lower temperature by evaporating water in initial water solution contained in an electric furnace. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the powder of metal oxide applying metal nitrate-malonic acid-ammonium hydroxide-ammonium nitrate system comprises next steps. The mixture of basic cobalt carbonate and aluminum nitrate 9 hydrate is heated in 60°C. The ammonium nitrate is dissolved in solution. The malonic acid is dissolved in dark ammonia solution.
