FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: work-piece out of aluminium or alloyed aluminium and of base metal or alloyed base metal is produced by placing insertions out of aluminium or alloyed aluminium in form of rods, sheets, tubes or wire in closed cavities of base metal or alloyed base metal. The cavities are sealed.
