FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to large intestine surgery and can be used for improvement of results of surgical treatment of diseases, large intestine traumas accompanied by resection of left half of large intestine. For this purpose carried out are mobilisation of right half of colon and secum with transaction of parietal peritoneum of right lateral canal, appendectomy, and transaction of ascending intestine. Reversion of secum and ascending intestine are carried out with bringing down its proximal part on perineum. Ascendoanal anastomosis is formed. Ileum is transected at the distance from secum necessary for restoration of left half of colon. Ileocoloanastomosis is formed below preserved left bend. Proximal part of ileum is anastomosed with remaining part of ascending colon. ^ EFFECT: method allows to reestablish continuity of large intestine without extended mobilisation of remaining parts of colon, using more reliable with respect to blood supply and mobile part of intestine, to improve functional possibilities due to preservation of left bend of colon, bringing down more capacious ascending intestine and secum, preserving natural passage of intestinal contents. |
