CONSTITUTION: A making method of beef rib soup comprises the following steps: removing blood from beef ribs(S10); firstly boiling the ribs with boiling water(S11); boiling the ribs with mulberry trees, Hovenia dulcis, and Acer tegmentosum Maxim to make stock(S12); and adding the stock, and seasonings to the ribs to make the beef rib soup(S13c).
