PURPOSE: Making methods of beef rib soup, beef rib stew, and roasted beef rib are provided to offer the profitable effect to beef ribs by using mulberry trees, Hovenia dulcis, and Acer tegmentosum Maxim to produce seasonings and stock. CONSTITUTION: A making method of beef rib soup comprises the following steps: removing blood from beef ribs(S10); firstly boiling the ribs with boiling water(S11); boiling the ribs with mulberry trees, Hovenia dulcis, and Acer tegmentosum Maxim to make stock(S12); and adding the stock, and seasonings to the ribs to make the beef rib soup(S13c). |
