FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Z-shaped section of Achilles tendon, arthrotomy of talocrural, subtalar, talonavicular, culineonavucular joints is performed. Open reposition of talar bone is carried out. Tendon of anterior tibial muscle on one half of diametre is transected with cutting it in frontal plane in distal direction with formation of tendon flap. Tendon of posterior tibial muscle is divided into two equal parts in projection of talonavicular joint in frontal plane. Tendon flap is passed between parts of tendon of posterior tibial muscle. Flap is sewn to distal part of unaffected part of tendon of anterior tibial muscle and to capsule of talonavicular joint. Wound is sutured. ^ EFFECT: method ensures correction of foot deformity, elimination of post-operational complications, reduction of operation time. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg |
