An instrument for processing dead openings in parts made of aluminum alloys consists of tail element and deforming part, this in its turn has four deforming nibs, angle of inclination of those deforming parts is from 3 to 7 degrees. In the deforming part there is a lead-in, deforming, calibrating components and back taper for reverse exit motion of instrument. Material – instrumental steel R6M5K5. Hardness of instrument is 55-60 HRC. |
