PURPOSE: A device for applying a cosmetic component and an assembly including the device are provided, which improve deposition of magnetic particles on keratinous fibers to improve visual effect. CONSTITUTION: A device for applying a cosmetic component comprises: a handle member(12) spreading a cosmetic component including magnetic particles; and a coating head(14) having a magnetic device generating magnetic field. The coating head includes a retreat unit forming a storage receiving cosmetic component. The storage is arranged on the surface of a coating device.
