PURPOSE: A temperature controller and a liquid-medicine applying device comprising the same are provided to enable the temperature of the liquid medicine of an inkjet head to be effectively controlled. CONSTITUTION: A temperature controller comprises a head(210), a body(212), a reservoir(216), and a thermoelectric element(230). The head comprises a nozzle surface, which provides nozzles for discharging liquid medicine to the upper surface of a target. The body is coupled to the other side of the nozzle surface of the head. The reservoir is formed in the body and stores liquid medicine. The reservoir supplies the liquid medicine to the nozzle. The thermoelectric element is installed outside one sidewall of the reservoir. The thermoelectric element heats or cools the liquid medicine in the reservoir according to the application direction of power.
