PURPOSE: A command control circuit is provided to reduce the output load of a command signal by connecting a final output node to a final latch. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of latches(30) input a command signal and are sequentially connected to each other. A plurality of selection switches(40) supply and disconnect the command signal that is inputted to the plurality of latches. An output signal is outputted from a final latch. The plurality of latches input the command signal to a first input signal. The plurality of latches input an output signal from a previous latch to a second input signal.
