PURPOSE: A health supplementary food, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer nutritional and physiological function of brown rice bran, and to use effective components of fermented soybeans powder and onion juice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a health supplementary food using brown rice bran comprises the following steps: roasting the brown rice bran at 100~120deg C for 10~15minutes, and removing the moisture; drying fermented soybeans at 40~50deg C and forming powder; extract-filtering onion juice by heating for 4~5hours at 120~130deg C without mixing with water; roasting water dipped perilla seeds for 10~15minutes at 100~120deg C and removing the moisture; mixing 30~60wt% of brown rice powder, 20~40wt% of fermented soybeans powder, 1~10wt% of perilla seeds powder, and 10~30wt% of onion juice using a stirrer, and making a paste; and molding the paste into pills and drying.
