An earth-moving and surface planning machine that has a tractor with blade executive device, semi-trailer trolley connected to tractor and frame. To increase the quality of planning and mobility the frame comprises two horizontal and two vertical multiple parallelograms that form in cross section normal to longitudinal axis of machine a rectangle, connected to each other with ends levers, by means of angle elements and fixations movable with respect to axes of fixations, front part of frame is connected to tractor by means of axles connected to the ends of the frame, this by means of hydraulic system changes dimension, the other end of the frame by means of axles is connected to axle of the other wheels. |
