PURPOSE: A power saving apparatus is provided to improve the efficiency of power supplied to an electric device by suppressing the emission of an electromagnetic wave generated in an electric conductive line and an electric device. CONSTITUTION: A pair of capacitors are connected to a power supply through a first switch(110). A second switch(120) connects a cathode charging plate of a first capacitor(140) and an anode charging plate of a second capacitor(150). The electrons of the cathode charging plate or hole of the anode charging plate of the second capacitor is supplied to an external conductive line through a third switch. A buffer resistor(125) is connected to the second switch to prevent the sudden movement of the current. A moving unit separates the anode charging plate from the cathode charging plate of the capacitor.
