METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONAL SALT USING MULBERRY LEAVES

PURPOSE: A producing method of functional salt using mulberry leaves is provided to obtain the functional salt with the nutrition stability by uniformly mixing active ingredients of the mulberry leaves with roasted salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional salt using mulberry leaves comprises the following steps: mixing 20~50wt% of mulberry leaf powder and 50~80wt% of water, and boiling the mixture to extract a mixture solution; concentrating the mixture solution into the sweetness of 50~80Brix, and aging at 1~4deg C; freeze-drying or vacuum-drying the aged solution to make processed mulberry leaf powder; heating bay salt at 600~800deg C to make roasted salt, and crushing the roasted salt; and mixing 1~10wt% of processed mulberry leaf powder and 90~99wt% of roasted salt powder.
