The invention relates to a process for production of exopolysaccharide, comprising cultivation of Acinetobacter sp. IMB B-7005 and synthesis of exopolysaccahride on nutrient medium, containing as a source of carbon nutrition the mixture of ethanol in the amount of 0.75 vol.% and molasses in the amount of 0.75 mass.% with respect to carbohydrates, mineral salts, yeast autolysate in the amount of 0.5 vol.%, and calcium pantothenate in the amount of 0.0006 mass.%, at that the content of mineral substance is reduced in 2 times, and mixed substrate contains molasses neutralized after acid treatment. The method increases on 20% an amount of synthesized exopolysaccharide. |
