PURPOSE: A memory circuit interlinking a DRAM and a non-volatile memory as the same memory interface, a memory management system and a method thereof are provided to directly access the DRAM and the nonvolatile memory to a process by mapping the DRAM to a main memory physical address. CONSTITUTION: A shared memory interface(102) is connected to a DRAM(Dynamic Random Access Memory)(103) and a non-volatile memory(104). A processor accesses the DRAM and the non-volatile memory. The processor maps the DRAM and the nonvolatile memory to a physical memory address and controls the access to the DRAM and the non-volatile memory.
