The invention relates to coke industry, in particular – to a process and device for continuous production of coke or black lead with ceratin properties, with fractional isolation of coke gas, according to which the preparation of constituents of device for coal coking is performed by means of programming of their work in sealed mode at set temperatures and pressures and at removing of fractions of coke gas and refrigerant gas, procured in hoppers 7 of the chamber 1 by sealed metering apparatuses 6 of coke with ceratin properties, dried with electric heating units at the temperature of 105-, the dried coke is forcedly supplied by batches by metering apparatuses 11 into the mixer 12 for mixing, this coal is heated by electric heating units to the temperature of 400-500 °C and plasticized, and the produced low-temperature coke gas with natural gasoline is purified from dust and supplied for subsequent use, the plasticized coal is forcedly supplied into the briquetting chamber 3 and preformed at the temperature of 500-550 °C with removal of smoke exhauster of medium temperature fraction of coke gas with benzene-gasoline, which is purified from dust and supplied for subsequent use, the coal briquettes are supplied by gliding into the first part of coking chamber forms 27 with mounted electric heating units 43 and they are heated at production of charcoal to the temperature of 500- 600 °C, at production of medium temperature coke – to 800-900 °C, at production of black lead – to 900-1100 °C, into the second part of coking chamber the coal briquettes are continued to heat to the corresponding temperatures with removal at set pressure by smoke exhausters of high temperature fraction of coke gas with raw benzene, which is purified from dust and supplied for subsequent use, the finished products of sublimating of coke and black lead briquettes are forcedly supplied into the forms of cooling chamber 5, they are cooled by cooling agent to the temperature of 150-100 °C, with removal of refrigerant gas, which is purified from dust and, respectively, is supplied for subsequent use, and the cooled finished product of coking is supplied to the storage space. The invention provides for the simplification of process for coking of coal and production of black lead, regulation and control by means of device of program controlling and impossibility of environmental pollution at production of coke or black lead and removal of useful fraction of coke gas. |
